Jakobs Sorglose Räumung is an owner-run business in Hettenshausen near Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. We have deliberately stayed small: you do not get rotating subcontractors, but the same people you arranged the appointment with.
We started with cleaning. That it grew into clearances and small repairs was down to our customers — almost everyone who wanted a flat cleaned had to empty it first and fill the holes afterwards. At some point it was obvious that it is simpler when all of it comes from one place.
What matters to us: a price that holds. A property that looks better at the end than agreed. And a respectful approach to situations that are often hard for those involved — a death in the family, a move into care, a home that has got out of hand over the years.

If we find anything of value while clearing, we offset it against your bill. That lowers your price rather than raising our margin.
Proper disposal
Sorted by waste type, through licensed disposal companies. On request you receive the records — important for inheritances and official requirements.
Discreet and respectful
With bereavements and hoarded flats, how someone handles the situation matters. We work quietly, without comment and without drawing attention in the stairwell.
