What does a house clearance cost?
An honest answer: it depends. But we will explain what on.
Serious fixed prices cannot be read off a table. Two flats of the same size can differ threefold in effort — depending on how full they are, whether there is a lift, how far the vehicle has to park and how much of it is hazardous waste. That is why we inspect free of charge instead of guessing a number over the phone.
What determines the price
Volume
Measured in cubic metres, not square metres. A crammed two-room flat can be more work than an empty house.
Access
Ground floor with parking at the door, or fourth floor with no lift — that makes a considerable difference.
Type of material
Household goods are cheap to dispose of. Appliances, paint, chemicals and rubble cost considerably more per tonne.
Value offsetting
Well-kept furniture, tools or collectables are offset against the bill. That can reduce the price noticeably.
Additional services
Deep cleaning, small repairs or disposal records are added if you need them.
Timing
Plannable dates are cheaper than jobs that have to be finished the day after tomorrow.

These figures are non-binding guidance and do not constitute an offer. The binding fixed price is set only after the free inspection and is confirmed in writing. What brings your price down: easy access, a lift, little hazardous waste, and usable items we can offset.
As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act we do not charge VAT. The amounts shown are final prices.
Our promise
What is in the quote is what is on the invoice. We do not bill by the hour and we do not come back on day three with extra charges. If the inspection shows it will be more than discussed on the phone, we say so beforehand — not afterwards.
